TORCH REWARDS TERMS OF SERIVCE
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before participating in any Torch Rewards Giveaways (“Giveaways”) provided by Torch Rewards (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in our Giveaways, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the Giveaways.
- Eligibility: 1.1 To be eligible to participate in the Giveaways, you must be at least 21 years old or the legal age. 1.2 Giveaways are open to individuals on in the USA, unless otherwise stated in the specific Giveaway terms. 1.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Torch Enterprise are not eligible to participate in the Giveaways.
- Giveaway Period: 2.1 Each Giveaway will have a specified start and end date (“Giveaway Period”) as mentioned in the specific Giveaway pages. 2.2 Any entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will be moved to the next giveaway cycle.
- Entry: 3.1 To enter the Giveaways, you must follow the entry requirements stated in the specific Giveaway terms, which may include, but are not limited to, completing specific tasks, sharing content, or providing contact information. 3.2 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or contain incorrect information may be disqualified. 3.4 Users found to have excessive loyalty card redemptions will be r
- Winner Selection and Notification: 4.1 The winner(s) will be selected randomly or based on specific criteria, as mentioned in the specific Giveaway terms. 4.2 Winners will be notified via email using the contact information provided during entry. 4.3 If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected. 4.4 The decision of Torch Rewards in all matters related to the Giveaways, including the selection of winners, is final and binding.
- Prize(s): 5.1 The prize(s) for each Giveaway will be described in the specific Giveaway terms. 5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other substitute unless explicitly stated. 5.3 Torch Rewards reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. 5.4 Winners may be asked to provide proof of age to make sure they meet the age rules. 5.5 Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or additional costs associated with accepting the prize(s).
- Publicity: 6.1 By participating in the Giveaways, you agree to allow Torch Rewards to use your name, likeness, and entry content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Privacy: 7.1 Any personal information collected during the Giveaways will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 7.2 By participating in the Giveaways, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information by Torch Rewards.
- Release and Limitation of Liability: 8.1 By participating in the Giveaways, you release and hold Torch Rewards and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, rights, actions, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Giveaways or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize(s). 8.2 Torch Rewards is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or any other errors that may occur in connection with the Giveaways.
- General: 9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Torch Rewards regarding the Giveaways and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. 9.2 Torch Rewards reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaways at any time without prior notice. 9.3 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Torch Rewards is located. 9.4 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaways shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Torch Rewards is located.
By participating in the Torch Rewards Giveaways, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted them in their entirety.
